We had a lot of fun at the Peacock Family reunion this year. We all gathered together to celebrate Zora's 80th birthday at the park near the swimming pool in Castle Dale. Although Brandt was in Japan and couldn't join us, Alexis, Kate, and the twins came for a fun summer visit. We couldn't get enough of the kids, especially the twins.
Christian goo goo gaga'd over them all day. It was so cute.
Emerson and Cruiser were so funny. This was the first time we me these little fellas in person, and they were crazy. They wrestled each other constantly, and we loved every second of it. I have no idea how Alexis does it all day long.
It was also a special day for my dad and his siblings. This is the first time they've all been together for several years. Aunt Eden was recently diagnosed with a severe form of pancreatic and liver cancer, so it was nice for all the siblings to be together.
In a random series of events. Jayna hitched a ride from California with some friends passing through on their way to Idaho. It was fun to see Layna and and Jayna that afternoon as well.
Mom was in charge of all the food, and spent a lot of time making good food and some special birthday cakes for Zora.
Zora really liked the cakes!
Cali and so many of the cousins swam all day in the pool. They were pretty tired by the end of the afternoon.
Our favorite fellow Rock Springers, Dorothy and Kyle were there too.
